Hosted a dinner party Saturday using the theme of recipes from Tasty and Tip Hero. My friend made these spinach artichoke cups that were amazing and I made Mongolian Beef (which the kids gobbled up too), brown rice, green beans and a salad.

| Spinach artichoke cups After a week of AC/DC it is time to dial it down a notch.....Somwhere Only We Know came on Pandora yesterday. Never liked this song much, but for some reason it is sticking now so I dowloaded it and have it on repeat. I have my own apple itunes account now so also downloaded my fav coldplay live album. This week I am going to do my best to get tickets to their concert in NJ July 17th -- fingers crossed!! Have a good week! |
