Ninja Party

Had a fun day with the family celebrating my soon to be 7 year old.   We had Chinese food and everyone loved this recipe for Million Dollar Chinese Cabbage Salad that I made.  It may not sound too interesting, but trust me it is delicious!

The kids had fun with a ninja pinata stuffed with all sorts of goodies.  They then hunted around the house for ninja plastic eggs filled with treats and other treats to stuff their goody bags.  It was cute.

Capped off the day with strawberry ice cream cake (since my son gave up chocolate for lent and is sticking to it!), fortune cookies and our traditional birthday sugar cookies.

Wish I could get out of my unwanted tradition of making them close to midnight the night before each party and then they'd be perfect!
